That means we’ll come out and evaluate the situation, create an estimate or provide a report, and get everything back to you as soon as possible.

How do I know if I have an active leak?

We all know the dreaded feeling of hearing water dripping at home or looking up and finding a dark spot on the ceiling. If it’s during or after a storm, it’s likely from an active leak. One way you can test it before reaching out to a contractor is by applying a few lines of sidewalk chalk to the suspected leak area and watching to see if the chalk darkens. If it doesn’t darken after an afternoon storm blows through, it’s likely an old leak that’s been patched or is only affected by wind-driven rains.

What happens when I schedule a repair inspection?

Our Operations Manager, Amber, will work with our Repair Manager, James, to get you on the schedule and come out to perform an inspection. Once we complete the inspection, we will send you an estimate with our recommendations along with photos of the area for records.

How quickly can I get a repair done?

In most cases, we can be on-site within 24 hours to inspect and estimate the job. After that, we can usually get it knocked out for you within two days.

What is the average price for a roof repair?

Depending on the severity of the damage, repairs can range from $500 – $10,000. They usually land under $3,000 for residential projects. Our team will provide all options that we can WITHOUT a minimum trip fee. Our estimates are free and there’s no job too small. If you need to, we can work with you on in-house financing for your project too.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we work with a third party financing company to finance your roof replacement if you need assistance. We are flexible with down payment options and will do our best to work with you.
