Our pricing is based on the square footage of your house so you’re not paying for services you don’t need.

Services Include

Tighten gutter fasteners and ensure secure attachment
Full soft wash included in the spring unless otherwise requested
Removal of leaves and debris from the roof surface, valleys, and around penetrations
Annual roof inspection of all components including shingles, gutters, flashing, soffits, ridge vents, and gable vents for blockages or signs of poor airflow
Roof tune-up including two tubes of sealant used for sealing around penetrations and vents
Identify and report hazardous tree limbs hanging over the roof
Inspect chimney flashing, caps, and mortar joints for signs of wear
Provide inspection report and repair estimates (as needed) provided after each visit.
