You’ll save costs on emergency repairs and tarps because your property will be kept in-shape with issues addressed before they happen. If something does happen, you have preference for first-available scheduling and no-charge emergency visit fees. We’ll give you the best options at an affordable price to keep your property protected and your tenants happy.

Services Offered

Repairs
  • Leak detection with emergency temporary tarping or sealant used to prevent further leaking.
  • Patching with GacoFlex materials to create an additional layer between roof membrane and outdoor elements.
  • Sealing areas that cause leaks such as AC units, additions or tie-ins, vents, windows, and siding.
Full Roof Inspection with Tune Up
  • Roof tune-up including two tubes of sealant used for sealing around penetrations and vents.
  • Perform annual roof inspection of all components including shingles, gutters, flashing, soffits, ridge vents, and gable vents for blockages or signs of poor airflow.
  • Removal of leaves and debris from the roof surface, valleys, and around penetration such as vents.
  • Tighten gutter fasteners and ensure secure attachments.
Soft Washing and Pressure Washing
  • Full Property Services including roof, gutters, siding, windows, parking lots, and signage based on materials of items listed.
Tree Removal
  • Trimming of trees and limbs that may cause disruption to the business or damage the building.

All of our maintenance packages are customizable to your properties needs. We can perform monthly, quarterly, or annual maintenance based on the initial inspection and adjust from there.

Since the plans are completely customized to your property, we will work with you on the services needed and the budget for the services to be performed so that you know your property is taken care of without breaking the bank. You’ll have the option to pay annually or quarterly for the packages to lessen the burden.
